I’m Emma

For as long as I can remember I have been passionate about helping others. So I started my career in Mental Health Nursing and it has provided me with wonderful learning experiences for 20 years now.

But having received help with my own struggles I soon learned that there are so many more amazing tools and treatments to achieve results that are not utilised in the NHS. So I decided to work privately so that I can combine the best of both worlds and bring about lasting change for you.

Unlike a lot of therapists and coaches I work with both the conscious and the unconscious mind with the likes of cognitive behavioural skills, hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming and so many more evidenced based interventions that I have acquired working with thousands of patients and clients over the years in both group settings and also on 1:1.

What to expect when working with me

A journey of discovery sounds amazing but in reality is can be a very difficult road to walk down. I will be there throughout, inside and outside of session, to embrace the highs and the lows. I am known for my warm approach and you will not find it hard at all to open up and let me support you.

But don’t let my relaxed disposition fool you. I will hold you accountable for your progress in order to make your investment a success. This is very much a collaboration – my knowledge, skills and expertise combined with your efforts will bring about the lasting change you deserve and desire so much.

What stage are you at?

Thinking about therapy but a little unsure

Dip your toe in the water with a revelation session with no commitment. This is a three hour, intense explorative journey with an introduction to the therapeutic strategies for personal growth. No further therapy or coaching may be required thereafter whilst others will benefit from sign posting to other services. For some, it may lead to working with myself for a period of time

Ready to jump right in and work 1:1

Amazing! Lets do this! Sessions are purchased in a bundle with two different options of duration. Deciding which duration is the important question. To help you in making that decision I would encourage you to consider two things. Firstly just how much change are wanting to achieve when working with me. As well as that also ask yourself for how long has this undesired behaviour been an issue.
